 WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES ?

If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase item you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This is our guaranty to you! Our 30 day return policy only apply to purchases of ready made jewellery items. Custom Order Rings and Loose Diamond purchased are non-refundable and not subject to exchange for other goods or services . Please read our Return Policy.

WHAT IS COVERD BY YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?

The lifetime warranty on your jewellery covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating -- all for just a small shipping charge. The lifetime warranty also covers the loss of side diamonds, assuming that the loss was not caused by damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate use. For example exposing the ring to hard blows, rough work or heavy sporting activites. However, even with our lifetime warranty, it is important to have your jewellery insured in the event of loss or theft. 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Master Card, Visa Card and PayPal. Payment made via Wire Transfers to our Westpac Bank Account  will receive a 1% discount of the website price. Please note that the funds are captured before shipment of your parcel, in accordance with the PayPal policy. Read about it on our Terms & Conditions page.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?

After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details regarding your purchase within 24-48 hours. If any of these details are incorrect please contact us immediately otherwise one of our sales consultants will process your order.

HOW DO I FIND MY FINGER SIZE?

At DG & Co. we offer a Complimentary Plastic Ring Sizer for your convenience.Please feel free to visit our Contact Us page and fill out our Information Request form or you may prefer to email us at info@diamondgold.com.au or call us on 1300 647 779 to request our Complimentary Plastic Ring Sizer.Or refer to the Conversion Chart at our "Find Your Finger Size".

WHAT IS YOU RING RESIZE POLICY?

We are happy to exchange or resize your ring for another size within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our DG&C0. Jewellery Consultant at 1300647778 to arrange for your free resize. 

WHAT DOES THE TERM EYE CLEAN MEAN?

Eye Clean is a term used to describe a diamond that is clean to an unaided eye in a face-up position from a distance of 8 to 10 inches. Diamonds of VS2 or higher in quality will usually be eye-clean. Diamonds of SI1, SI2 need to be visually inspected to determine whether any inclusions are visible from the top. DG&Co. carry only 100% eye clean diamonds.

WHAT GUARANTIES I HAVE THAT THE DIAMONDS I RECEIVE THAT ARE ACTUALLY THE DIAMOND I ORDERED ? 

DG&Co. issues a Diamond Grading Report with your purchase of any piece of diamond jewellery or loose diamond.The grading report is issued from GIA laboratories which detail the attributes of your diamond. You may view your diamond's grading report online before purchase to ensure that the diamond you buy is the diamond you receive. Also you will receive a diamond appraisal certificate from Australian independent valuer to further confirm the attributes of your diamond.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM RING?

Yes,can't find the exact design you are looking for on our website? Do you have a specific style in mind? Are you hoping to find a wedding ring that perfectly matches an engagement ring you already own? DG&Co. would be happy to help you create a custom made ring in collaboration with our expert in-house jewellers or customise a ring from our catalog according to your specifications. IS MY SHIPMENT SAFE?

All of our shipments are fully insured and we require signature of receipt on all orders, no matter what the value so as to ensure that your purchase has reached its destination safely. We are also happy to ship any order to a location according to your preference. Please note that if you are returning an item, you are responsible for insuring the item with your shipping provider. I FOUND A DIAMOND THAT I LIKE AT YOUR WEBSITE IS IT AVAILABLE?

Most of the diamonds that are shown in our web-site are available for purchase.To complete our in house inventory we outsource diamonds as well, they are also for sale in the trade market.

CAN I COLLECT MY DIAMOND/JEWELLERY IN PERSON FROM YOUR OFFICE?

Yes,You can pickup your chosen diamond/jewellery from our office.

IF I NEED MY DIAMOND/JEWELLERY FASTER IS THERE A WAY?

Yes, we have more than six hundred item ready in stock,these items ready to be send to you today as we have same day delivery .Visit our preset jewellery or contact us for more information.

DO YOU HAVE A DIAMONDS/JEWELLERY SELECTION SHOW ROOM OFFICE?

No, diamondgold.com.au. being a manufacturing company and maintaining its wholesale prices to the public, does not have a show room at this time

DO YOU OFFER A SPECIAL DISCOUNT?

No,as our prices are highly competitive and at least 20% to 30% lower than most of our competitors. We guarantee to price match or beat any of our competitors price should you find a cheaper quote elsewhere.  

IS PLATINUM THE SAME AS WHITE GOLD?

No, it is quite different.Platinum is 95% pure and consists of only 5% alloys such as palladium, iridium, ruthenium.White gold is alloyed with other metals mixed with palladium, and other white metals then it is plated with an extremely hard element call rhodium. Signs of wear, including scratches, will inevitably appear in all precious metals including Platinum. When your jewel will develop visible scratches it is the time for maintenance, re polishing and re dipping it (in case of white gold).
