• Delivery will be made within 3- 5 days for preset rings and all other jewellery.
• All Custom Design orders and loose diamonds will be delivered in 10 working days.

Signature Requirement For Delivery
For added security and peace of mind, DG & Co. requires a signature upon the release of your item. However, if you made a payment by credit card, then you being the cardholder are the only one that can sign for the release of the item.At DG & Co., we understand that jewellery is often a purchase to surprise a loved one. To preserve this element of surprise we are committed and flexible to ensure a speedy and confidential delivery to your nominated address.
Our 30 Day Return Policy:
At DG & Co., we take pride and commitment in providing you with timeless inspired jewellery that is exceptional in quality and value, to meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase item you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. It's our guarantee to you!
Our 30-day return policy does not apply to Custom Designed Rings or Loose diamonds.
Terms & Conditions of Return: You may return your purchase to us subject to the following terms and conditions:
• We must receive the shipment back within 30 days in its original pristine condition with all accompanying certificate and guarantee. Items that are showing wear and tear, resized, or altered in any form by any external jeweller other than DG & Co. will not be qualified for a refund.
• Engraved rings will not be qualified for a refund.
• Gifted items can be returned by the recipient for an exchange of another item. However, if you wish to return the gift for a full refund, then the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser.
• Items damaged during shipping process will not be qualified for a refund
• The 30-day return policy does not apply to Custom made rings and Loose diamonds.
Returning your product:
• Please return to the below address:

• Please secure all your items and all of the original certificate and guarantees you received with the item in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. You can purchase this from the post office.
• Please send the packaged item with Australia Post using Australian Platinum overnight service or Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high valued items.
• DG & Co. will not be held responsible for the returned item until it is delivered to us. Therefore, we highly recommend that you insure your return item for peace of mind.
• Please clearly print your name and address on the outside of the packaging in the return area. Important to note: To prevent possible thefts, please do not make mention or write the word jewellery or luxury-related words anywhere on the packaging.
Time Frame of Return item:
At DG & Co., we aim to process our return time as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, once we receive your return item our laboratory immediately examines the condition of the item. Once it meets all of our strict return policy, terms and conditions, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
Lay-by Terms and Conditions:
At DG & Co. we offer a Lay-by Plan for any purchase over $1000 provided you agree to our payment plan terms and conditions below:
1/ We require a minimum of 20% deposit for jewellery items and loose diamonds at the time the order is made.
2/ The full amount of the item price will be required to be paid in 3 months.
3/ If a payment instalment is declined then that payment will be charged the next day.
4/ If the payment for instalment is declined three times successively, then your lay-by will be suspended.
We will notify you before putting the item back on a shelf.
Cancellation: No refund will be given for a cancellation of a lay-by.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your nominated address once all of your instalments have been paid.

We accept cards from all countries we ship to, MasterCard, Visa,PayPal,WireTransfers to our Westpac Bank Account - you get a 1% discount off of the website price.Please note that the funds are captured before shipment of your parcel, in accordance with the PayPal policy.
